Official Raffle Rules

  • Entries will not be valid unless;
    • Donation amount vouched for is commented on the original post by The Ohana Project and;
    • Donation form provided after vouch is made is completed with accurate personal information
      • Donation form will be provided in a response to your comment vouching the donation/entry amount
      • Information provided confirms age of participant (that they are over 18 years old), and that they are located in one of the 48 contiguous US states. It also provides an email for your tax deductible receipt to be sent to.
      • Post will be monitored daily. You will receive a response on your original comment when we confirm your entry.
  • Must be over 18 years of age at point of entry
    • You will be required to complete a donation form to enter that will verify your Date of Birth
    • If we learn that you are not 18 years or older at point of entry, your donation entry will be refunded in full
    • If you turn eighteen during the period of this contest, you can enter or re-enter on/after your eighteenth birthday
  • Must be a current resident of one of the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America
    • Your address will be required in your donation form to confirm that you belong to one of the 48 contiguous states
    • Residents of Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible to enter
  • Shipping cost of the prize will be covered by The Ohana Project
  • All entries to the contest are considered a donation to The Ohana Project
    • You will receive a tax deductible receipt in your email
  • Unlimited entries are permitted for this contest
  • Entries to this contest are taken in increments of $5 usd
    • You can have multiple entries in one donation
    • Minimum donation of $5 usd is required to be eligible to enter
    • There is no maximum donation amount
    • If you donate outside of the $5 usd increments, your donation will be accepted in full but will only reflect in terms of the $5 usd increments
      • Ex) If you donate $9 usd your donation will be valid as one entry (total of $5 usd)
      • Ex) If you donate $27 usd your donation will be valid as five entries (total of $25 usd)
  •  Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold for cash.
